Estimate your body fat percentage using the U.S. Navy method.
What Is Body Fat Percentage?
Body fat percentage is the proportion of your total body weight that consists of fat. It is different from body weight alone because two people with the same weight can have different amounts of body fat and lean mass.
This calculator provides an estimate using the U.S. Navy body circumference method. It uses measurements such as height, neck, waist, and for women, hip circumference.
